Tian Kee & Co

Tian Kee & Co. started out as a provision shop in a quiet corner of Dakota Crescent.
54 years later, on 18th June 2014, it was revamped into an Artisan Cafe. The shop owners, a loving husband and wife, kept the retro atmosphere and decorations making it a nostalgic place to relax and chill for brunch.

Saucy Pepper Chicken Pie
(served with prawn crackers)
$7.90

Being a huge fan of puffs and pies, I was satisfied with this home-made pie freshly baked by the
boss. Crispy on the outside, fluffy and juicy on the inside. Thanks to my mom, who made me a chilli manic, I wished the pie was a little spicier. Nonetheless, an awesome snack for tea!

TCS Salted Toffee Caramel
$6.50 per slice

Perfect saltiness, Ideal sweetness to the toffee caramel on a soft cheesecake. A must-try for any
cheesecake lovers. Definitely hands down as my favourite cake among the rest.
Addiction warning!

Gula Melaka
$6.50 per slice

A really unique cheesecake flavour that brings back the retro. Having low tolerance for sweet stuff, I found this a little too 'heavy' for me. However, if you like your desserts sweet, then
this is for you!

 Iced Snag
$6.50

A unique combination of rose syrup, fresh milk and espresso. Best for hot and sunny Singapore.
Despite my dislike for iced sweetened coffee, I was pleasantly surprised by the union.
Not too sweet and felt like I was drinking a cup of iced latte and playing 'hide and seek' with the rose syrup.

There are 3 ways to consume Tian Kee's Signature drink.
1) Using the straw to slurp the top 2 layers will give you iced latte.
2) Using the straw to slurp the bottom 2 layers will give you bandung.
3) Experiencing Tian Kee's Signature drink by mixing all 3 layers together.

 Hot Snag
$5.50

Espresso & Rose syrup with steamed fresh milk.
The hot version of the Iced Snag. Best for a cold and rainy day.

 Mr Brown
$6

Double ristretto with fresh milk.
Unlike regular iced lattes which are added with frothed milk, fresh milk is added into a
cup of Mr Brown. What does it mean? When milk is frothed, it gets raised by air introduced
into the mixture and volume increases. Simply put, fresh milk = more value for money. (:
